Hi everyone, my name is Randa Ghoul, I’m medical physicist from Accuray company, which is a medical device company, we are one of the leader company in radiotherapy. I came to Astana to support our customer, as they bought new system, one of the latest, I mean, the latest technology of our system, which is the Radixact. I came here for two weeks to spend some time with physicists and therapists to be sure to help them to treat the patients. Congratulations to the team – they treated the first patient on Monday. We are all happy with the new technology that Radixact offered to the hospital. As you know or maybe not, we are getting a new imaging system where we can know better, see better and do more with the patient, because the quality match will be better and the treatment time will be faster for the patient, so we will help the patient to feel better and to go faster for the treating. About the team what can I say, I said that it’s a big team, well-experienced, they have experts, about the physisists, the therapists and the physicians, they were really trained even before I came, so actually I didn’t do so much, they were already up-to-date to use our system and I’m very happy for the team.
-    And one thing I maybe forgot is that they are getting Synchrony, which is the latest technology for SBRT treatment like regular motion and irregular motion. With Synchrony they will able to treat more precisely the patient with a high dose and it will have a better impact on the treatment of the patient.
